Once your order has been submitted, the item will be shipped within the next 24 hours, except for the weekends where it may take 48 hours, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so you can check on the progress of the shipment anytime.
We ship with Australia Post. Regular parcel service delivers in 2 or more business days. Express parcel service delivers next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points.
It is important that the correct address is entered at check out. If you have entered incorrect information at check out please email us immediately and we can try to amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact Australia Post services. Think hair can not be held responsible for incorrect address delivery, or lost items due to incorrect address.
If you are returning your item you are responsible for the shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ThinkHair will not take responsibility for any lost items that were sent back to us. ThinkHair will only take responsibility for lost items that have been sent by us to the customer.
Returns and refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us for a Return Authorization as soon as possible. As you get approved item must be sent within three days of getting a product. Return shipping fee must be covered by the customer. All products must be in the original package, unworn, uncut, or styled in any way, have all the tags.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item we will refund you the price of the product excluding shipping fees.
