Yes, you can always follow up or track how far away your order is. A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its progress.
For the best results use the hair product specially designed for synthetic hair. Wash the hair in room temperature water, rinse under running water, shake off any excess water and pat the wig dry with a towel. To dry with a towel, spread the product across the towel and gently pat it dry. Allow for the natural drying.
You can’t dye or tone synthetic hair.
Start in front, follow your hairline above your ear, around back to the bend in your neck, around to your other ear, then back up to the front.
All of our synthetic hair is heat resistant. You can restyle them on low heat. But the best and safest temperature is up to 150 degrees Celsius.
Our average wigs range between 54cm- 57 cm ( 21 -22 inches)from ear to ear.
